Teams Competing In BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024

BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 features eight of the best teams squaring off for their share of the $500,000 prize pool. The organizer invited six teams, one qualified via the European qualifier, and another via the South American qualifier.

You’ll find a complete list of the teams competing below, including how they ended up at the event.

Cloud9 decided not to participate and actually pulled out of the event on May 7, 2024 because of an incomplete roster. As noted in a tweet from tournament organizer Fissure, Cloud9 said: “We respect our fans and can only participate in events with full dedication and hard work. Unfortunately, we are still in the process of updating the roster.”

Replacing Cloud9 is BetBoom Team with Vladislav “nafany” Gorshkov at the helm, per an official tweet from the organization.

Our Predictions For BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024

With Overpass removed from the Active Duty map pool and Dust II returning to competitive CS2 on April 26, 2024, BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 is even more challenging to predict. Some teams perform better on specific maps than others, so Valve removing Overpass is a positive for some and a negative for others. We’ve dusted off our crystal ball and seriously considered Dust II’s return to the Active Duty map pool to make our BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 predictions.

Please note: Our BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 predictions are based on historical data, stats, the latest HLTV team rankings, and form heading into the event. The author has also added their own expert opinion. Readers should not interpret these predictions as betting advice to act upon. Always gamble responsibly.

1. MOUZ

MOUZ is one of the highest-ranked teams going into BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024. In addition to Team Spirit, odds indicate that MOUZ should make it to the grand final. With a win rate above 80% in the past three months, MOUZ is among the most consistent teams in CS2 this year. It’s time for the international roster to lift their first big trophy of 2024.

MOUZ roster:

  • Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás
  • Jimi “Jimpphat” Salo
  • Dorian “xertioN” Berman
  • Ludvig “Brollan” Brolin
  • Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek (IGL)

2. HEROIC

As our first bold prediction for the event, we think HEROIC has what it takes to bounce back from recent performances and smash the competition. The CS2 roster’s firepower is outstanding thanks to a Danish core of TeSeS and sjuush. Plus, IGL kyxsan is acclimating well after replacing cadiaN in Dec. 2024. Is it HEROIC’s time to shine and make it to their first grand final of 2024? We’ll have to wait and see.

HEROIC roster:

  • Rasmus “sjuush” Beck
  • René “TeSeS” Madsen
  • Abdul “degster” Gasanov (rumored to replace Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi)
  • Guy “NertZ” Iluz
  • Damjan “kyxsan” Stoilkovski (IGL)

Learn about the Thunderpick x HEROIC multi-year partnership.

3. MIBR

As our second bold prediction, we’ve got Brazilian powerhouse MIBR as a third-place finish. The team has seen recent success and excellent form, winning the South American BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 and claiming the DreamHack Melbourne 2024 trophy in April.

There’s potential for MIBR to cause some upsets and make it deep into the tournament with strategies from Renato “nak” Nakano as the new head coach. However, the Brazilian team could also crash and burn. Whatever happens, we get the feeling that this team’s matches will provide a lot of excitement for viewers and bettors alike.

MIBR roster:

  • Breno “brnz4n” Poletto
  • Felipe “insani” Yuji
  • André “drop” Abreu
  • Rafael “saffee” Costa
  • Raphael “exit” Lacerda (IGL)

4. Team Spirit

Odds and world rankings indicate Team Spirit is the second favorite to win this year’s BetBoom Dacha Belgrade. The thing is, we haven’t seen the squad compete against top-tier opposition since FaZe Clan knocked them out of the PGL Major Copenhagen in March. As a result, the current player form is questionable, so we’ve predicted a top-four finish instead of a top-two.

Team Spirit roster:

  • Danil “donk” Kryshkovets
  • Dmitriy “sh1ro” Sokolov
  • Myroslav “zont1x” Plakhotja
  • Boris “magixx” Vorobyev
  • Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov (IGL)

Betting On BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024
