Thunderpick is back with another Visual Update following feedback from our players!
Staying up to date has never been easier with the newest Thunderpick Update. Pop up notifications have been sped up how fast they show and leave the screen, so you can get back into the action as soon as possible. Notification pop ups will now be on screen for 2.5 seconds, down from 5.
Be it Bet slips, notifications or error messages, we want you to get your information fast and get back to the action. That’s not the only notification update coming.
The Notification Tab has a new look
With the new Thunderpick Update, We’ve split up your Notification tab to help you keep track.
The Notification tab will now be split into 3 tabs. All, System, and From Thunderpick. The All tab, functions like the previous notification tab, showing any and all notifications that you would receive.
- System notifications will be notifications that come from play. Things like your Bets being successfully placed, rejected, won or lost that come automatically from your time as a player will show here.
- Notifications in the From Thunderpick section will be messages direct to you from us. Notifications from Customer Support, maintenance notifications and more will show up.
Not got Web Notifications on? No problem, turn them on easily with a click of the button. Still got too many notifications in your All tab? You can toggle to only Show Unread messages. You can easily mark all messages as read as well, should you still find that you have too many notifications.
Notification icons will be separated into different notification types so you can tell at a glance the type of notification you’ve got.
Live Play
A new sup-page has been added to sportsbook. Available in the top-left navigation menu for both sports and Esports, see exactly what games are in play. Discover, switch and get into play faster without having browse multiple categories.
Game Filters and 24/7 Esports
Looking for 24/7 esports? We’ve got you covered – Dedicated 24/7 for select esports titles including E-Basketball and E-Soccer are now here. (note: some fixtures for upcoming matches will be listed in live during breaks between fixtures, subsequent matches start within minutes)
Players can now quick filter games using the icons and short names of games when browsing for live events.
