IEM Atlanta 2026 Schedule & Format
IEM Atlanta 2026 runs from May 11-17, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia. The tournament will begin with a Group Stage, played behind closed doors, followed by the Playoffs at the Georgia World Congress Center as part of DreamHack Atlanta. The Group Stage (May 11-13) features 16 professional CS2 teams divided into two groups of eight, all competing in a double-elimination bracket (GSL) format. Every match will be played as a best-of-three series, with only the top three teams in each group advancing to the Playoffs.
Group winners receive a direct bye into the Playoff semifinals, while the 2nd- and 3rd-place teams proceed to the quarterfinals as the high and low seeds, respectively. All remaining competitors will be eliminated.
The Playoffs (May 15-17) shift to a single-elimination bracket, making each series a do-or-die affair. All matches will be played as best-of-three, except the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-five series to determine the champion.
Prize Pool Distribution
IEM Atlanta 2026 features a $1,000,000 total prize pool, with $300,000 allocated to Player Share and $700,000 to Club Reward. The money will be distributed between the teams as follows:
