Thunderpick Partners With the*gameHERs

New year, new partnerships for Thunderpick and we’re thrilled to announce that we’re partnering with the*gameHERs for a fantastic lineup of events and tournaments.

Here at Thunderpick, we believe in esports inclusivity and that is why we’re not just stopping at investing in the esports industry but going beyond this to make sure it’s a space that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of their gender.

Our track record speaks for itself. In the past, as part of our sponsorship with Evil Geniuses, we proudly backed their Gold roster comprising of women and non-binary players.

Our commitment to the esports industry can be seen through the Thunderpick World Championship. Over 90 Counter-Strike teams were invited (including femme-led teams) to participate in the $600,000 prize-pooled tournament. Top-tier teams played in the group stages, which saw FaZe reign supreme on November 5, 2023.

The*gameHERs fit perfectly with our vision as a prominent gaming community platform known for empowering women in gaming. They aim to create a safe and welcoming environment for female-identifying gamers, content creators, and professionals worldwide.

As part of this collaboration, we’re set to launch various initiatives, starting in January, in order to work towards providing a positive impact on the landscape of gaming.

the*gameHERs Launch event in Vegas

The official launch will happen during Super Bowl week at a venue in Las Vegas where the*gameHERs will be hosting an interactive experience complete with media coverage and networking. Here they will also introduce their partnership with Thunderpick. This will be streamed live via the*gameHERs social media platforms to a global audience.

Pink Picks

Extending over eight weeks, the “Pink Picks” campaign is set to showcase weekly live-streamed segments airing during Pink Pixels, the*gameHERs’ weekly live-stream. These sessions will delve into fantasy picks, in-depth game analysis, predictions, and expert advice, tapping into the knowledge of seasoned gaming professionals.

StreamHERs Creator Live Stream

This initiative will provide live coverage, highlighting participants’ selections and delivering thorough gaming analysis. The stream will be broadcast on the*gameHERs platforms, with the goal of amplifying women’s voices in gaming and extending invitations for them to become Thunderpick ambassadors.

The Thunderpick FemaLED Pro-Am Tournament

The main highlight of this collaboration will be an exclusive competition tailored for female-led teams. This tournament aims to spotlight the talents and competitive drive of women in gaming. The event will be live-streamed across various platforms, providing a platform for femme-identifying gamers to participate in team play and potentially become ambassadors for Thunderpick.
