This guide has you covered with everything you need to know about Masters Toronto 2025, including the full schedule, format, and our expert betting predictions for who may reach the podium.

VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025 Schedule & Format

Masters Toronto 2025 runs from June 7-22, 2025, at the Enercare Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The tournament will play host to twelve world-class VALORANT pro teams and is split into a brutal two-phase gauntlet, including a Swiss Stage (June 7-11) and Playoffs bracket (June 13-22).

The Swiss Stage features eight teams (including the 2nd- and 3rd-place finishers from each Stage 1 regional league) competing in a best-of-three Swiss bracket. However, only the top four teams will join the Stage 1 regional league winners in the Playoffs. The remaining teams will be sent home packing.

All matches are Bo3 except the Lower-Bracket Final and Grand Final, which are best of five. Also, as the second global event of the 2025 VCT after Masters Bangkok, this will be the last stop before the Stage 2 circuit kicks off.

Prize Pool Distribution

On top of the $1 million prize pool, there are 21 Championship Points up for grabs, which is crucial for teams eyeing a spot at Champions later this year. Check out how the prize money and points stack up based on final placement:

Our Predictions For VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025

While many VALORANT teams have dominated the Stage 1 regional circuits, the road to Champions Paris remains unpredictable. Some of the teams have shown exceptional form, though, which is why they’ve made our list of who could take home one of the top prizes in Toronto.

Heads-up: These predictions reflect the perceived strength of teams based on historical trends and the latest available odds. This analysis should not be interpreted as betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. Always gamble responsibly.

G2 Esports

After a difficult run at Champions, G2 has surged to the top of the NA leaderboard, triumphing at VCT Americas Kickoff and Stage 1. While their regional dominance is undisputed, G2 has also proven its international pedigree following a deep run in Bangkok, finishing 2nd after a nail-biting 2-3 series with T1 in the Grand Final.

With Trent making a strong case for VCT’s MVP of the year and 2023 World Champ jawgemo already showing his value, G2 looks dead set on lifting the Masters Toronto trophy.

Team roster:

  • Jonah “JonahP” Pulice
  • Trent “trent” Cairns
  • Jacob “valyn” Batio (IGL)
  • Nathan “leaf” Orf
  • Alexander “jawgemo” Mor
  • Josh “JoshRT” Lee (Coach)

Fnatic

While global success eluded them last year, Fnatic has reasserted itself as Europe’s #1 threat. After a nearly flawless Group Stage in VCT EMEA Stage 1, they tore through the Playoffs, beating FUT (2-0) and Liquid (2-1) before sweeping giants Team Heretics 2-0 in the Upper Final and again 3-0 in the Grand Finals.

Besides that, Fnatic has a cracked lineup, with rookie dualist kaajak exploding onto the scene as Stage 1’s top EMEA performer. Now with a direct Playoff seed in Toronto and a reputation for reverse sweeps, Fnatic has the momentum and the mental edge to take the crown.

Team roster:

  • Jake “Boaster” Howlett (IGL)
  • Emir “Alfajer” Beder
  • Timofey “Chronicle” Khromov
  • Kajetan “kaajak” Haremski
  • Austin “crashies” Roberts
  • Milan “Milan” de Meij (Coach)

Team Heretics

Team Heretics were swept by Vitality (2-0) and Liquid (3-0) at VCT EMEA Kickoff, only to be dismantled by Fnatic in Stage 1 (2-0 and 3-0). Still, there’s a bit of hope keeping them in the running for a top-4 spot in Toronto, thanks in part to their outstanding performance at Champions and Shanghai last year.

Even so, their recent form raises some red flags, particularly with the level of talent stacked against them in the Swiss Stage. Heretics are on thin ice, and if they’re serious about making a run in Toronto, they’ll need to flip the switch quickly.

Team roster:

  • Ričardas “Boo” Lukaševičius (IGL)
  • Benjy “benjyfishy” Fish
  • Dominykas “Miniboo” Lukaševičius
  • Enes “RieNs” Ecirli
  • Mert “Wo0t” Alkan
  • Neil “neilzinho” Finlay (Coach)

Sentinels

Sentinels ended the season on a high note, finishing right behind G2 at VCT Americas Kickoff and Stage 1. While they’ve proven themselves on the global stage by placing 4th at Champions and 1st at Masters Madrid, losing Sacy and TenZ casts doubt on whether they can replicate that success this year.

Overall, the team is still backed by a strong roster, including trophy winners zekken, johnqt, and Zellsis. Their biggest setback right now is a lack of cohesion. Without a stable support system, their play often feels disjointed in both structure and execution.

Team roster:

  • Zachary “zekken” Patrone
  • Mohamed “johnqt” Ouarid (IGL)
  • Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro
  • Sean “bang” Bezerra
  • Marshall “N4RRATE” Massey
  • Adam “kaplan” Kaplan (Coach)
