The action will occur in two parts, starting with the Group Stage and closing out with the Playoffs Stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 11 VALORANT teams will compete in the Group Stage from June 22 to July 14. It features two single round-robin groups: five teams in Group Alpha and six in Group Omega. Each team\u2019s placement in the Group Stage is based on performances during the VCT 2024: Americas Kickoff event. In the Group Stage, all matches are best of three.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top six best teams from VCT 2024: Americas Stage 1 and 2 (cross-stage rankings) will advance to the Playoffs. Running from July 17-21, the Playoffs feature the top six teams competing in a hybrid-elimination bracket. The first round (quarterfinals) is single-elimination, and from the semifinals onwards, the format changes to a double-elimination bracket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lower bracket final and grand final are best-of-five, and all other matches are best-of-three. However, on paper, NRG&#8217;s squad looks super strong. And in preparation for VCT 2024: Americas Stage 2, NRG recently (May 31) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/NRGgg\/status\/1796304549537570987\">re-signed<\/a> FNS and som, confirming a frightening roster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If NRG needs any help during VCT 2024: Americas Stage 2, world champion Demon1 is on the bench\u2014and he\u2019s widely considered one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/thunderpick.gl\/blog\/the-best-valorant-players-of-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">best VALORANT players<\/a>.
